Agent runs and CFD solves consume server-side compute, so they are metered above the allowance included in the plan. A run works in an isolated workspace on its own branch; a CFD solve dispatches a containerised OpenFOAM case.

The things buyers ask first
Do I pay for each discipline separately?
No. Electrical, PCB, CAD, CFD, calculation sheets, documents, BOM and delivery are one product on one project tree. Every paid plan includes every editor — there are no module licences or feature unlocks.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a person who can edit projects. Reviewers can open the read-only viewer without one, and an agent run does not consume a seat: it works on its own branch and comes back for review.
Is the Free plan a trial?
It is a real plan, not a countdown. It includes one active project and every editor so you can prove the toolkit on your own work. Upgrade when you need unlimited projects, clean export packages or collaboration — nothing you have made is held back.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your projects stay yours. A lapsed organisation drops to read-only access, and every document can still be exported — the project filesystem and version history are not locked behind the subscription.
Monthly or annual?
Annual billing is ten months for twelve: two months free. You can switch cycles at renewal, and seat count can change during the term.
Can I buy a perpetual licence?
We have retired the one-time perpetual licence. The subscription covers the editors, the delivery pipeline and the server-side services — the parts of the system that keep changing — and annual billing keeps the effective price down.
Can I work offline?
The desktop shell runs the same editors locally and is in active development; full offline parity is not shipped yet. Projects and exported packages are always available to you through the web app today.
What can the assistant and agent runs touch?
Nothing without the policy you set. The assistant proposes changes under an explicit approval step (Suggest by default), and an agent run executes in an isolated workspace on its own branch, never on the live project. Provider keys stay on the server.
We have years of EPLAN work. Can we bring it?
Yes. EPLAN 2D macros import as editable symbols, 3D macros as GLB, and .edz metadata lands in the parts register. Migration help is available as a one-time service if you want your libraries set up with you.
